There is a tendency to sort and categorize everything and everyone. We often put people and things in boxes of right/wrong, good/bad, worthy/not worthy, all of which are based on our past experience. As we quiet the mind we begin to see the continuum between our inner world and our perception of outer reality. On closer inspection we begin to see the interconnection of all life. A simple practice is to catch our judgments, projections and perceptions and say “I am that”. If we really explore the I in the other we will begin to sow the seeds of peace and joy. Try it today.
